Refund Policy

These documents describe exactly how the software behaves and are written to be accurate rather than defensive. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer in every market this product serves. Have counsel review and complete the placeholders before taking real payments.

The short version

Payments buy visibility. Visibility is delivered the moment your position goes live. So payments are non-refundable.

That is why the minimum is deliberately low: you can find out what the product does for you without committing much.

When we do refund

We will refund, without argument:

  1. Duplicate charges. If the same purchase was charged twice, the duplicate is refunded in full.
  2. Technical failure. If your payment was taken and no position was granted — and it is not a case of being overtaken, which is not a failure — we refund in full.
  3. Unauthorised use of your card. If you did not authorise the payment, contact us before raising a chargeback; we will refund and secure the account.
  4. Where the law requires it. Some jurisdictions give consumers statutory cancellation rights. Where those apply to you, they apply, and nothing in this policy removes them.

When we do not refund

  • You were overtaken. Being passed is the product working, not failing.
  • You changed your mind about the amount.
  • You did not receive the introductions, deals or attention you hoped for. We sell placement, and placement is what is delivered.
  • Your account was suspended for breaching the Terms.

Effect on your position

A refund removes the ranking that payment granted, in proportion to the amount refunded. This is not a penalty. If refunds did not reverse the position, anyone could take the top spot and then reverse the payment.

The same applies to a chargeback. A disputed payment removes its position immediately, before the dispute is resolved, because a chargeback cycle takes months and holding a position for free during it is exactly the exploit this rule prevents.

If a dispute is later resolved in your favour, contact us and we will restore the position.

Email legal@outvantage.app with the receipt ID from your confirmation email. We answer within 3 business days.

Before you charge back

A chargeback costs us a fee and removes your position immediately. If something is wrong, email us first — in every case listed above we will simply refund you.
