Passing someone costs 2% more than their total
With a floor of $5 and a ceiling of $2,500. The percentage is what stops the top spot being taken for pocket change; the floor is what keeps the bottom of the ladder cheap to climb.
Ties go to whoever arrived first
Matching someone's total exactly does not overtake them, so there is nothing to gain from trying.
Positions resolve when payment confirms
Positions are decided when your payment confirms, not when you click. If someone passes you in between, your money still counts — you just land one place lower and we will tell you exactly what the gap became.
You are on every board at once
Global, your country, your region, your city and your category — one payment moves you on all of them simultaneously.
No refunds
Payments are not refundable. In exchange, nothing you pay ever expires: your total stays on this board for as long as the board exists.
Ranked people get asked things
Partnerships, investment, press, hiring, or none of it. You decide what is allowed to reach you, and nothing else does.
Ranked profiles receive introduction requests. You choose which categories you accept, and a request can only be sent for a category you have switched on. Your email address is never shown — it is shared only if you accept a request. Personal introductions are off unless you explicitly enable them.
