Terms of Service

1. What Outvantage is

Outvantage is a leaderboard. You create a profile, you pay to raise your position on it, and your profile is displayed to anyone who looks at the boards you are on. Your position is determined by one number: the total you have paid, converted to US dollars at the time of each payment.

Nothing else affects your position. There is no algorithm, no editorial selection and no paid override.

2. What you are buying

You are buying visibility, delivered as placement on one or more leaderboards.

You are not buying:

• a guaranteed position, for any length of time
• introductions, contacts, deals, or any commercial outcome
• an investment, a security, a token, a deposit, or a stake in anything
• a refundable balance, credit, or store of value

Your total is a record of what you have paid. It is not money you hold with us and it cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged.

3. How positions are decided

Positions are decided when a payment is confirmed by our payment provider, not when you click a button. If another person's payment confirms before yours, they are placed above you and your payment still counts in full at the position it earns.

To be placed above another profile you must exceed their total by a premium set out in the interface before you pay. The premium is a percentage of their total, with a floor and a ceiling. Those values are published in the interface at the moment of purchase and may change for future purchases.

Where two profiles have the same total, the one that joined that board first is placed higher.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.

Payments are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law, or where we choose to issue one under the Refund Policy. See that document for the specific cases.

If a payment is refunded or charged back for any reason, the ranking it granted is removed. This is not a penalty — it is the same rule in reverse, and it exists because a position that survives a reversed payment would be a position obtained for free.

5. Your profile

You are responsible for what appears on your profile. You must not publish:

• content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or harassing
• another person's identity, likeness, or trade marks without permission
• sexual content, content involving minors, or content promoting harm
• links to malware, fraud, or content that would breach this section

We may hide, edit or remove any profile that breaches this section, and may suspend the account behind it. Where we remove a profile for a breach, we are not obliged to refund payments already made.

6. Introduction requests

Other users can send you an introduction request only for the categories you have explicitly switched on. You can turn any category off, decline any request, and block any sender.

Do not use requests to send unsolicited advertising, chain messages or automated outreach. Rate limits apply and are enforced.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to manipulate the leaderboard. This includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to inflate a position, using stolen payment instruments, reversing a payment to obtain a position without paying for it, scraping the service at scale, or interfering with other users' access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that do any of these, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. If we discontinue the service entirely we will give reasonable notice through the site and by email.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOATX INTERMEDIACOES LTDA (CNPJ 50.828.651/0001-42) is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a change is required sooner by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of Brazil have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
